Information

Series Format:

Season-end points trophies will be awarded based on 3 of the 4 events. Your lowest score will be thrown-out to keep the competition as close as possible. Classes with less than 10 racers may be eligible for only one championship trophy.

Points Calculation:

Main event points will begin with 100 for the winner of the “A” main and drop by an increment of one through the rest of the field (i.e. winner of “B” gets 90). TQ will receive 2 bonus points. Fastest lap of the entire class during the mains will receive 1 bonus point (i.e. the 3rd place finisher in the B had the fastest single lap of all touring stock racers = 1 pt.). A DQ for any reason will result in zero points (see rules sheet). End of season tie break will be determined by adding the total laps and time from the main events for each racer’s top 3 races. Most laps in the least amount of time wins the tie break.

Race Day Format:

Three rounds of IFMAR qualifying. Ranking for mains set on fastest qualifying run. Mains for all participants. Ten cars in all mains possible. The lowest main may have one or a handful of cars and will be allowed to race. Race-day prizes will be awarded through random raffle (one ticket per class entered).

Race Day Schedule:

Doors open at 7:30 a.m. Sign-up 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. First race starts at 10:00 a.m.
